Man, I love WoW GMs

thistlechaserAs part of my CE rep questing, I had to find an elite in Zangarmarsh. Didn't seem a hard task, 1-10 minute respawn, just drops the quest item and maybe a green, and no one was in the area. Half-hour after I started my search, I thought I had gone insane.
Every time I flew around the loop of his spawn area, I kept seeing something out of the corner of my eye. Mob of the right family, but it popped out of and back into the ground so fast I couldn't see the name. A while more and I finally saw it. My quest mob. Blah! I landed and stood on the spot and he aggroed me, but every time I tried to do something he was out of range. He has some knock back move that sent me flying into the air now and then, but I couldn't throw at him or anything else. I opened a GM ticket and hearthed, thinking it would be days before I heard from one.
About fifteen minutes later, one contacted me. Woo! Best of all, he was IC about it! Heehee! Forgive my cheesy responses, as talking to GMs makes me nervous (I know it shouldn't, but they're like the police of the game world!).

In other news: I know I'm behind on replying to LJ comments. I'm a bad, bad LJ friend! I just really suck at it when I'm not going to work. I'll try to get all caught up tomorrow!
