Dear Mr. God,

If you really are up there, would you do something about your more rabid followers? They're scaring me, and they're spreading hatred and unacceptance, and they're making the country a worse place to be.

The problem with any extreme religious zealot is they take a small part of whatever their religion is and extrapolate it into their own new religion (Muslims flying planes into buildings, etc).

The Bible does say that homosexuality is a sin, but it also says hatred and judgementalness are also sins. I only know of 3 places in the Bible that talk about homosexuality, but there are dozens of places that talk about the evil of hating and being judgemental.

Nowhere in the Bible does it say that God hates gays. Nowhere. It doesn't even suggest that this is the case.
