#115 raw (+monitor, horny old men, life)

I don't know if I'm more scared or amused by it... or maybe it just shattered my brain into a kazillion little pieces, thus my comments on it will be a little disjointed. I like the western half more than the baseball half. Also, this chibi ep does for Fuji/Tezuka what the last one did for Inui/Kaidou... if not more. *giggles* (And the western half appears to have taken place in California! Heeeee! Yay! ...well, "yay!" other than that whole blown-up thing... Hee.)
I wonder why Echizen and Tezuka were fighting in the end over Fuji? I thought the intent was to rescue "him" (Her? Heh. Fuji).
Eiji made a very, very cute cat. He should be more more often. Nya!
In other news, surprise of surprises: UPS tried to deliver my monitor today! Great jumping greenbeans, who'd have thunk it? I was certain it wouldn't be in stock! I'm going to go to the UPS station tomorrow at lunch to pick it up. Hopefully by tomorrow night I'll be using it! (Though I'll keep my fingers crossed 'till it's plugged in and working. Knowing my luck, the box was probably opened at Circuit City before they sent it out, and a non-working one replaced within it...)
In even more surprising news, an old man hit on me today! It always surprises the hell out of me when that happens (if I were a man, I wouldn't hit on me!). Heh, I say that like it happens a lot. Mostly only old people and the mentally ill "chat me up" (hee, look, I'm British!). I was picking up pasta at the pizza place for dinner, and parked next to an old van. I sort of glared at the van as I got out of my car (because it was parked crooked and I was afraid it'd hit my car with its door -- I thought it was empty when I glared!). Then a man got out of it, so I was embarrassed I glared. I gave him a bright and cheery smile and said "good evening!" or something greeting and perky. That was my mistake, as then he wanted to chat... and hold my arm. Uh, sorry, no. Bye!
I had under four hours sleep last night (after two nights of five hours each). I'm totally amazed just how well I'm still functioning. Work's been *awful* this week, too -- very busy, making up for the last two weeks. Plus reviews are coming, which have me worried (no matter that I say I don't care about them).
Got MUSH coding that needs doing. Blah. Didn't realize it wasn't done, so I've spent my evening thus far working on it. Hate working all day and then coming home and working all (well, most) of the night.
