Usually I'd go back and edit a post to add more info, but to heck with that! This one is getting its own post. (Though unlike others on my flist, I'll at least take pity on my dial-up friends and link it. ;) )

The two women who got married in San Fran today. Ignoring some of the people in the background, it's pictures like this that make me consider crawling out from under my desk and searching for someone to love. :) I love that forehead-touching thing that people in love do! Seems so much more special and intimate than a kiss.

I wonder if I can somehow find a way to contact them. I'd love to send them a toaster or something! Hee. :)

*weeble* That is so overwhelmingly adorable. I want to send them something too!

And :p to not posting pics. Hot linking is the way to go!

Aren't they great? I wish I could hug them!

Yeah, kinking seemed kinder. :)

...kinking. Ha! Linking, I mean.

Aw, that's the sweetest thing I've seen in a while, and it really makes me happy too. X3

Yeah. Just looking at it makes me smile. :)

And on a totally unrelated note, I'm seeing the change in Gon that you mentioned yesterday. He really is getting into fighting and getting stronger! Killua seems oddly different, too. It's such a great series! :)

What a sweet picture. I'm not American, but I've been following the gay marriage debate through the news and my f-list. I'm glad at least one place has made it possible now. :) And how fitting this came just before Valentine's Day. I wonder how many couples will be marrying this weekend...

Isn't it good timing? And I hope it'll be lots and lots of couples! (They better get moving fast, since likely the higher courts will shut this down soon. :/ )

Well their first and last names are in the news articles (at least the one Sushi linked to), and you know they are in SanFran, so I bet thru 411/information unless they have unlisted info, you could find out.

If they are unlisted, I bet you can contact NCLR, as it was Kate Kendall (spl?) there who contacted them to see if they wanted to get legally married. Perhaps they would forward cards/gifts to the couples? A toaster might be weird (at least I'd feel weird getting having a toaster unexpectedly show up on my doorstep) a card would probably be nice =)

Now if only Bugland and I happened to live in SanFran =) Of course, I'm rather sick of living here, If we weren't still dependants, I'd so move to Europe. Apparently the gov't actually thought my mum did (and that she suddenly wasn't a citizen anymore as well!) a couple months ago which was interesting for her to fix (and of which I was strangely jealous, lol).

*laughs* Sending a toaster really would be strange, wouldn't it? That was sort of the stereotypical wedding gift, so I used it as an example.

Good idea on contacting them! I'm going to look into it.

I highly recommend the San Francisco area! It's a beautiful, wonderful place, I love it here. (Though the job market sucks, but everything else is nice!) Good luck, either way! :)

Ah. South of SF (where I am) is pretty crowded, yeah... but north of SF is wide open!
