"Edit: Im sorry if my typing seems out of hand i have A.D.D an dont notice till later, if i have typos or what ive said hasnt made sense at all."

(Quotes from a post elsewhere.) That's a new excuse for it. However, that's not the reason for my awful stomach problems/pain of late. Does anyone know if lactose intolerance is something that can develop or if it's only something that you're born with? (...ugh. *runs to bathroom*) Every time I eat cheese (in the last week or so), it gives me terrible stomach pain and other stomach issues. As cheese is one of my main sources of protein, this is a pain.

Hm, well, I developed it when I was about 24, if that helps any. Up 'til then, I had consumed dairy just fine.

Eek, I guess it's possible then. Thanks for the info!

Oh yeah? Well, I 've got S.U.B.T.R.A.C.T so I'm... um... stupid! Ha!

...Or something.

*snerks* Dork.

And yes, you can develop it. A way I've heard suggested to find out if that's your problem is to get Lactaid or something else that's supposed to help people with lactose intolerance and see if it helps you. If it does, you're probably lactose intolerant.

Oh, that sounds like a good idea. I'll try that, though I'm hoping it's just some funky virus or something...

[sweatdrops] Sweet jesus, that's sad. My nephew has ADHD and I don't see him running out to pollute people's brains with shitty fanfics. Don't you just love the new amount of stupidity badfic writers are displaying now?

Hmm...lactose intolerance can both be developed and inherited. I've had it since I was born, had it go away during my early teens, and had it come back in my late teens.
