Funnel Cakes... OF DEATH!

I only had a funnel cake once, and I loved it. I can't/don't cook, but I do have a fryer (used once!) so I pondered making them myself.

Will she set her apartment on fire?
Will she poison herself?

All these answers and more, coming up! I have to go buy more chicken today. I'm thinking of getting double, 40 thighs instead of 20, so I can make a double batch and not have to cook them next week. (That's six hours of cooking, mallen! Ha!) So I'm gonna get the stuff to try to make funnel cakes.

If I never post again after this weekend, you'll know why.

For fuck's sake, woman, you need to boil chicken for anything approaching three hours to cook it fully and completely.

One hour should be far more than sufficient. And if you don't believe me, search on Google.

But the damned store was out of thighs, so I had to get drumsticks. Those are so small I can cook them for a shorter time... say two hours!
