No matter that I was so tired last night I could hardly find my bed, once I turned off the light I couldn't sleep at all. How cruel is that? But with all that awake-time, I did think of other stuff:

In my post last night I said I hadn't recalled what I had done on FFXI on Saturday, and now I can't believe I hadn't remembered! Wonderful, wonderful LS people came out and we got G1 done! Both that and the LS trip to Davoi last night made me want to spend more time wandering zones I don't usually visit -- I hate having no clue where anything is and having to depend on others to guide me! (Wonder if I could pick up a sense of direction at the AH?)

Also on Saturday we had a wild and fun Escort run! (Non-players: Escort is a quest you can do weekly. You guide a low level NPC through an area which would easily kill him or her if you don't kill everything first. If you win, you get a small amount of XP you can use on limited jobs.) Yossy needed to get it done and asked for people to help. Nif jumped in as killing-manpower, so I offered to go and drive the NPC so both of them could spend more time killing stuff. It was totally crazy and fun! :) Yossy and I almost died when two soldier crawlers popped on top of us (Nif was down below dealing with the aggro lizards). I know DRKs aren't supposed to tank, but darned it, it's so much fun! And we beat Escort, even though we had to sit for MP/HP at one point! Yay!

I'm going to hit someone up for info on which CN crawlers aggro. I now know soldiers do :P, and workers don't (workers are the first type you see, right? Whatever the first ones are don't aggro)? Ummm, I can't even name a crawler in CN other than those two. Was there a knight one? I think there are three or four various crawlers down there? If I'm going to keep driving the NPC (which makes sense since I tend to be the lowest level person in the run), I'd like to know better what aggros. Scorps do, I think. Lowest level wasps do (personal experience! I died to them in an Escort run a fre weeks back...). Am I missing anything?

If you do find a sense of direction at the AH, would you mind picking one up for me as well? (See the subject. And now I've got Eadwyn saying it, too. ^_~)

Yay, Escort! I can't wait until I'm big and famous enough for it. The fame I've almost got, but the levels I need to work on. (Need to go level a sub before I work on Warrior some more, though. ^^;)

Hee! It'll be fun Escorting with you once you can go!

And I'll camp the AH for both of us!

Soldier Crawlers and Knight Crawlers aggro, along with /all/ scorpies in the place. Other things that aggro are Exorays (mushrooms), Blazer Beetles (I don't think we see much of those, though...), Soul Stingers (the bees you died to X_x;)... and I think that's it. Knowing my luck, though, I'm probably missing a few things. :3

Oh, right! I knew the Exorays did, I just forgot they existed. :P And yeah, I don't think I've seen a blazer beetle yet in my Escorting. *writes* Thanks for the list!

Sadly enough, I can, despite not playing the game, answer that question.

I know. :) You know way too much for a non-player!
