thistlechaser | "World server down" = death

Darned online games, if it's not one of them having server issues, it's another! *shakes fist* :P I wouldn't be so bothered by WoW crashing now (I could go and poke at FFXI Halloween-foo), but the problem is I'm in a bad place aggro-wise. I killed my way into the spot, and I had it just under control, but when the servers finally come back up everything will have likely re-popped and I'll be in trouble.

But in good news, I finally got to be a beardy hume~! Okay, nevermind that it's on WoW and not FFXI: Halloween means all good bulls can ~~become~~ ~~pass as~~ wear scary human masks!

And as you can see in the corner of that shot, I got a new pet. Pitch the white wolf's attack speed was too slow, so I let him go and got a hyena. (I love hyenas, so I wanted to try one for a while.) Heeheeheehoohohohahaha! It's Ed! Alas his attack speed is the same exact as Pitch's was, so I'm not sure how long Ed will last. I suppose I really should find myself a cat, then they could use Claw as well.

FFXI: Finally! Thanks to

niffy and a highly cute Japanese mithra THF we had a good static! About 9,000 XP in under three hours! Alas I didn't level, and without another party like that next week I still won't level, but at least today didn't suck. It was amazingly nice to be able to play my job. (Nif held hate like a pro!) The last two weeks I couldn't even Last Resort or Souleater without getting hate.

We've made about one level of progress in 8? 9? weeks. Highly and seriously sucky, but not much we can do about that...

WoW: I'm nearly through level 25! Yay! Slower today because I had to stop and level Ed up (darned getting a new pet and having to level them and get them to be loyal...). I actually did some quests, which I've not done in many level. Nice free XP. Nice making progress!
