I wasn't going to post about Lost, but... dude...



None of the torturing bothered me, but the frog! He killed it! What the heck happened to Sawyer?

And poor Hurley and the food. I felt so bad for him.

Ten more minutes left in the ep, and (eek, bad torture!) and and I couldn't figure out if this balloon guy is for real or not, but I ... I still can't figure it out. Sayid's gotten rather batty though. I really hope the balloon guy isn't for real, otherwise this is going to be really bad. :/

Um, what the hell with the numbers?

FFXI: Not much happened tonight (yet again). Went farming buffalo with Des and Ead (Ead needed meat for leveling cooking). Spent a few hours at that, XPing our NPCs as we did. Mine hit 47! Yay!

I tried to buy an enfeebling torque again tonight, but couldn't get it for the price history, so waited. I'm really torn about buying one, since I don't really feel like XPing RDM. (I do like the job, and I wish it was higher level, I just don't feel like XPing lately.)

The "economy recovery" has its downsides as well: The majority of our Copycat big money drops got undercut so badly they were returned to us. :/ Yay listing mega-expensive things on the AH twice -- pain for all of us.

I'm a DRK, not a proctologist! As /THF, I see way, way, way too many animal butts. I mean seriously, look at that. And did you know that buffalo have a pink patch under their tails? Well I know now. And I'd really rather not know.

My NPC is a freak. First he looks like something from the 80s: It's MC Gunnar! Shiny puffy pants ftw! And words cannot describe this, what the hell is up with those boots? Getting in touch with his feminine side? o.O

"The red coats are coming! The red coats are coming!" Our Escort static had a few guest members this week, which resulted in a rather RDM-heavy team. (Hmm, actually a lot of purple, too, but the other DRG is out of the picture.)

And last and probably least: You only get to see naked giant bird mobs on the most expensive pay-for-porn sites! Bet you never knew what was in their pants before now~

I don't believe the balloon guy is for real. His name is a huge red flag in itself; Henry Gale is the name of Dorothy's uncle in the Wizard of Oz. That, plus the fact that he supposedly came onto the island on a balloon, leads me to believe he's an Other like Ethan.

As for Sawyer, he's turning back into a jerk. Thank god. I couldn't stand seeing him act like Kate's little puppy or Jack's repressed sexual interest anymore (there were points where I screamed at my TV for them to just kiss already. I'm afraid I've gone crazy).
