If you axe me, there wasn't much of a weekend~ (FFXI)

Doesn't feel like a weekend happened. :/ Too short!

Not much happened today, mostly just helped LS people. Helped one LS guy farm, helped Woman find a coffer, then helped another LS fellow get a coffer key. During all that skilled axe from 135 to 162. Yay! Somehow those three things took up the entire day.

I'm really tempted to pick up a parser, because even with axe 100 levels under scythe/GS, I think that they're more than matching the damage I do (other than when it comes to WSs). Dual wielding two of them seems to add up to more than one swing of a GS, in a shorter time. WSing is a big difference though: I do 200-400 with the axe, but rarely under 1K with the GS.

Only problem with getting a parser is that I never XP or do much fighting on DRK, so where would I take the stats from? Besieged is about the only option.

(Darned Besieged will happen in a couple hours, but must go to bed! Stupid having-a-job~.)

That's about all a parser is good for really is comparing yourself to someone else. Besieged isn't a very accurate representation of a player's playing skills or damage output because of how damn laggy it is. Really no point in having a parser unless you're trying to compare your e-penis (or e-vagina) to someone else's in an EXP or HNM setting.

Ah. Mostly I want to compare me to me, weapon vs weapon, to see which one would be better to use. Oh well, I'll just keep skilling and estimate it!
