thistlechaserWell, I wrote to HR this morning, asking just which hoops I need to jump through to see a doctor. I'm not 100% sure I'm going yet, but the ear was pretty bad this morning. (Ringing a lot, couldn't hear much out of it. It didn't hurt, but... it felt wrong.) However, I took a dose of sinus stuff, and now it's feeling *nearly* normal, very almost fine but not quite. Very light ringing, and I'm hearing almost well out of it. Bah, bah, bah. (Why yes, black sheep, I do have some wool...)
I had a dream last night that I somehow came to own a fruit orchard, but the trees were like fruit trees in Animal Crossing (which was cute). I hired a bunch of people, bikers and homeless and three gorillas, to work in it and pick fruit for me. $40 a day per person (and per gorilla), plus I gave them an hour lunch break (which everyone said was too long). All of us either slept in the orchard or in the vehicles the guys arrived in (old school buses and such). We had only one bathroom for all of us, so things were tricky. Then a vampire (or something bad) came and set fire to the ceiling over the orchard (buh?), so I decided to just shut it down, pay them all the $40 for one day's work from the insurance money, and give up. Odd dream.
