I always feel bad after making an "angry" post, so here's one to balance it out. I've been wanting to do something like this for a while, so now's a good chance.

LJ friends list? Meet my LJ friends list!

I know a number of FFXI people are also into Harry Potter, but did you know that before FFXI, the vast majority of my flist were HP people? If you have me friended for FFXI reasons, but also like HP, you should check out (and friend!) the journals of non-FFXI people on my flist! For example:

laurelwood, who writes about both RL and HP with a humor that often has me giggling out loud. She's amazingly creative and fun, and for this month she's doing a HP-Themed Advent Calendar! A new image each day, made by her!

isiscolo started out to be a HP friend, but we've both grown away from the fandom. If you like Stargate: Atlantis or well written fics in various other fandoms, hers is the LJ to check out!

And the award for "Best FFXI LJ no one reads" goes to

drusies_pet! If you are a FFXI person, you owe it to yourself to go check his LJ out. Not only does he actually post more FFXI content than I do, he writes fun (and funny!) FFXI short fics! IC and OOC FFXI posts! What more could you want! He's really got a great journal, but hasn't gotten out into the middle of things, so few folks have found him/friended him. That should be changed!

So go on, all of you! Meet each other! Talk! Become friends! The world needs more friends. :)
