If I weren't scared to death of frying things, I'd be so tempted to try to make this. Nevermind I've never attempted cooking anything with more than four ingredients and with half that many steps.

I can't watch Paula Deen. Her accent makes me want to claw my ears off. But she sure did have a good idea here!

I second the sentiment about Paula Deen. The sad part is, I know where she lives. I drive through Savannah, GA every time I go to visit my parents. I grew up an hour's drive from the place. I've been steeped in southern culture and language my entire life (born in SC, living in TN). And I don't have that fucking accent. I've been told by many (including my current lady, a Michigander) that my accent is nearly unnoticeable, and not the least bit unattractive. So the only reason she chooses to talk that way is to play up the 'Southern Hospitality' bullshit. Way to perpetuate that all southerners talk like inbred uneducated backwoods banjo-playing hillbillies, Mrs Deen, you vapid cunt.
