I had mixed feelings about a lot of things, but not about one of them...

WTF, BSG? You killed Laura! She and Bill were owed a happy ending! You pulled off all this crap, Starbuck apparently really was an angel (grrrr), but you couldn't somehow have given them a happy ending? It's so unfair, I've been crying since they landed on the planet and were watching the animals together.

I don't like a lot of it. Okay, they had no choice, but these modern people are going to somehow survive on this world? Good luck with that. I liked how suddenly all of them knew how to hunt, build houses, and farm (Baltar excluded, that was sweet as hell).

Very not happy with Starbuck's end (other than her being gone, yay). I would have liked a more reasonable, logical answer for how she was able to see her own body. I don't buy angel, not at all.

I loved that the lawyer came back and was president for a time. :D

Yay Sam was useful for a while?

I loved Baltar/Six through it all, Baltar's evolution especially. I think he's my new favorite character.

I felt surprisingly little for Chief attacking Tori. I'm sure there's some message in there though, a single murder restarting a war?

Oh, a new BSG series is coming though! Yay!

I know the series was dark, and I like dark, but ... but I just wanted a happy ending, just a little one. Bill and Laura should have gotten to stay together. This is stupid, I can't stop crying over it. I suppose that's the reaction the writers wanted, damn them.

And in conclusion: I'm never, ever buying a toy robot.

I really want to stay up and see what everyone else thought, but I'm already late for bed and I've been so short on sleep lately.

I think it did have a happy ending. Humanity survived... they landed on a primitive earth..and are now us!

Laura's death still fits/fulfills the prophecy! I agree with you on how they resolved Kara.

The moment Tori went in to her "omg we're gonna find out we've got secrets routine, i knew she was dead" I didn't expect the war to restart...but that also fits in the "chain of violence" ...reference history on how World War I started (with a single death).

It was nice to see the lawyer rewarded a bit.

At first i didn't like how they pulled it into our actually history (so they land on a primitive earth, somehow they've had to survive long enough for primitive cultures to evolve to be able to blend in) otherwise they're just randomly splattered across the earth and eventually die after a generation or two. I'm having second thoughts on it as i continually expand on my own thoughts. A big enough group creates its own culture/cities/etc. Maybe that gives rise to the myth's of things like atlantis or random cool events like who built the pyramids, or how the hell was ancient civilization were so 'advanced' in random areas.

Fear the robots!

Laura was dying. She's been dying for the last 4 years. It gave me a lump in the back of my throat, but at the same time I'm glad she made it.

Starbuck was very handwavey, but I was kind of expecting something like that. There's really no way they could explain it.

Oh, you can still buy a toy robot; you just have to treat it with love and respect. ^_~

I don't know, I guess that was a happy ending. Corny, but happy! But I would have rather had it be a happy ending on a more personal level. All these characters that we came to know and like, what happened to them? They can't have done well away from technology...

Ooooh, yeah.

I think they should have combined those two things. Since Starbuck was apparently something more, maybe she could have hugged Laura and only the viewers see that her hands glowed as she touched her, or maybe just the island the planet healed her or something.

Maybe that would have been a cheating ending, but since everything with Starbuck already was...
