Oh! I forgot about Faerie Fire. Yes, I use that to pull, and hit it even if I don't need to pull.
So learn to stealth up, and hit a mob with Ravage from behind. It can knock 1/4-1/2 health off a mob to start the fight.
...Oh wow! I have it, but hadn't tried it yet since the whole 'get behind it' seemed to be a pain. I'll try that today! I don't think I have Tiger's Fury yet, but I'll add that in once I do.
