...isn't so secret anymore! And it's all Hyper's ([livejournal.com profile] peppygrowlithe's) fault. Totally his fault, and he cannot say otherwise.

I watch and enjoy Yu Gi Oh.

Oh, I so hated it at first. I hated the animation. I hated that it was based on some card game. He kept telling me to watch it. He kept asking me if I watched it. He kept talking about the storylines.

And I got into it.

I'm watching it on Cartoon Network now, and I realized I've even grown to like the animation style. Bah... And there's no way in heck that I'd have ever believed it before, but the storylines actually have some depth.

It's all Hyper's fault.

Well, I don't write much of anything myself, but I would gleefully read just about any pairing! Almost all the characters on the show are pretty darned hot. Mmm.

Ditto. Its not on UK TV, but when I was staying at my grandparents, I saw it on their cabel channels and ended up getting at 7am, every morning to watch the double episodes.

And the bad guy - YUM! Although, now, I see him combined with Lucius ;) Is that so very wrong?

The main bad guys are always yummy! Which one did you see? The one with long silver hair (Pegasus, I believe) or the one with *drool*drool* dark tan skin and very blond hair (Merrick)?

Pegasus :D I don't remember if I've seen Merrick or not, but I do remember Pegasus. Must visit grandparents and hijack telly again!

And should we worry that we're drooling over cartoon characters? ;)

Merrick is the new "head bad guy", now that Pegasus is out of the picture. Unless you saw it in the last few months, you probably haven't seen him.

I've failed to find any online screenshots, so one day when I have time I'm going to grab a few myself.

Oh, I've drooled over cartoon characters before; I've long since buried any worries over doing it. ;)

*looks sheepishly at her Clopin fixation from Hunchback of Notre Dame* Um... I still don't admit to it ;)

And I haven't seen more than a dozen episodes and I wish they would put it on terrestrial TV, so I could see it but that kind of cartoon just isn't popular in Scotland. *sniffs* No fair :(

Oh, Clopin wasn't bad at all, was he? But mmm, that scene with the religious fellow seeing Esmeralda dance in the fire? (The Hell Fire song.) I found that surprisingly hot for a Disney movie.

Anyway, back to Yu Gi Oh. It's probably the most popular cartoon in America right now, so we'll likely get a lot more eps. What sort of cartoons do you have over there?

I've been avoiding recent cartoons because they are quite simply - for want of a better word - crap. Pocket Dragons and Unbelievable Book Of Spells (Basically, HP with Dumbledore as a book and a slightly different look to the two boy-one girl triad. Red-haired boy is the smart one, mad-haired girl is the hot-tempered one and the blond one is one who is best at the sports they do)

The only one I loyally watch is The Simpsons. Other than that, Recess is one of my favourites. I used to love Futurama as well, but they cancelled it here. British TV really sucks.

As for sexy-Disney - apparently the version of the Esmeralda-in-fire dance that was in the film was the edited and toned down one :D They had to dress her, because the Artists originally made her stark naked :)

Ah, I think I did I see one ep of Pocket Dragons. Yeah, it looked rather crappy. Snicker, Unbelievable Book Of Spells sounds painful to watch.

Luckily the Simpsons is still running here with new eps. It's no where near as popular as it once was, but not fallen so far that it might get cancelled... unlike Futurama, which was cancelled here as well.

Wow, naked. It'd be cool if Disney would make two versions of each movie, one for kids and one for adults. Ah well...

*grins* Well, they have been getting risque with the puns and the looks of some of the characters, as well as the coming close to real adult insults, but cutting off at the right moment:

"Son of a b..." being the chief example from Hunchback :) I love that film :D And Stitch! I love Stitch!
