thistlechaserLife is darned good right now. I had good news at work. I'm so very in love with my new Warcraft guild. I have lots of material to write a long, content-rich post, but instead... ZOMBIES!
I'm in so so so much trouble. Directly to the left of me are the following items: A small tube of sunscreen, a phone, and a sheet of coupons to Burger King. I could throw the phone at one, though I throw like a girl and would likely miss. I could... keep them from getting skin cancer? Or perhaps I could distract them with glossy full-color pictures of a fast food burger!
Would you do any better than me?
...ha ha, I wanted to make a zombie tag, but apparently I already have one!
And hey, don't like zombies? Have a kitten sleeping on a potato.

* a container of spray disenfectant
* a small box of file-cards
* a round desktop pen/pencil container
Blah. If the zombie apocalypse is coming, I'm sure not planning on getting close enough to stab them through the brain with pens or pencils.
Interestingly though, I have considered a number of times what my survival potential might be if I were to be in the office when the Zombie Apocalypse hits. (I work in a Police station now, heh) Bulletproof glass, {All right!}

A pouch of Kool-Aid
A DVD titled "The Addicted Brain" (Hilariously fitting for this subject.)
A bottle of hand sanitizer
Three post-it notes entailing my Mog Bonanza numbers for Achika, Paksenarrion, and Madrigosa/Selan.
A roll of book tape.
A computer mouse.
Assorted class papers
A pushpin that's holding this picture (http://icanhascheezburger.com/2009/04/04/funny-pictures-got-my-grump-on/) to my desk.
A 36-box of pudding.
A box containing a number of things including coffee creamer, sweetener, Kool-Aid packets, dishes, stuff like that.
My bag containing all kinds of assorted stuff I gather between the last time I cleaned it out and now, and my medicine.
A clamshell packaging opener.
If I'm at Home: (And this is under the assumption that I'm facing my desktop's screen.)

50% chance of my lanyard containing my security tokens for FFXI and WoW.

A candle.
A charcoal lighter (Kinda like a lighter with a long stick. I just have it because I effing fail with lighters and matches, so I can light the candle.).
I think that's it. I think I have a number of nice choices, but no idea which I would actually grab for in the event of zombies. =D
