Awkward Stock Photos is always amusing, but today's image is downright scary:

Literally a thing of nightmares! Who in the world would pay money to run that photo?

On Friday I found a Russian website with what must be every piece of WoW artwork ever made. Seriously, thousands of images. Fanart, official art, TCG art. Okay, I shouldn't say every piece of WoW artwork, it left out the more... quality-challenged fanart. It took me nearly six hours to look though them all. (Note at the bottom of that page there are links to three more pages!)

The images are too big to list outside the cut as an example, so you'll have to click the cut to see a selection of them I liked best. Warning for anything you might see in WoW (blood, wounds, nongraphic "animal" (mob) death, non-naked breasts, suggestiveness).

I love the coloring in this one, his gear, his face, the background:

I love how the faction flags look together, as well as the coloring and layout:


I've always loved images set up like this, with the character looking back at you. I love the story it implies.

I'm IN LOVE with this picture. I wish there were more like it! Blood elf Japanese high school anime. What a mix! :D

Too anime-y for me by a lot, but there need to be more images of Arthas with an Arthas's Tear flower. I could love this picture, if his face were different.

Title of this one was "Going home for the holiday", which made me all sad and awww. :)

Yesterday Reed became professor #6. Coloring on the screenshot is odd, it was taken in a strangely lit part of Icecrown.

I think it's 6, I really should count them all some day. I wish we could find out stats easier, I'd love to know what the highest Professor title/account number is. Then beat it. :D

I don't post good stuff about religion too often, but blightheart linked me to this sweet image about religion folks apologizing for being mean/homophobic.

I want a high school belf thing so bad. ;; It could only be amazing. Animu!Arthas's face makes me think way too much of bishounen, of which he is not. .__. I adore the forsaken wedding picture. <3 It's so sad and lovely. :(

I know some groups that go around and do that-- go to LGBTQ events and parades and apologize for the bullshit that goes down from churches. I can't help but admire it. It something that needs to be said, especially to LGBTQ who are/were religious and ended up disconnecting from their churches/synagogues/mosques/temples because they were unwelcome.

I bet there are RP groups out there who RP belves in high school settings... I'm not sure I'd want to RP it so much as watch it as a show though. (I don't want to remember being in high school!)

And agreed, I admire that kind of thing, too. It's really good of them to do. :)
