I know some groups that go around and do that-- go to LGBTQ events and parades and apologize for the bullshit that goes down from churches. I can't help but admire it. It something that needs to be said, especially to LGBTQ who are/were religious and ended up disconnecting from their churches/synagogues/mosques/temples because they were unwelcome.
