Could the timing be worse?

It's 88 outside right now. (Ugh.)

My AC is broken. (UGH.)

In two hours, it's gone up 12 degrees in my apartment. If this continues, within an hour it will be hotter inside than out.

I don't own a single fan.

If I never post again, it will be because I melted. Send ice cubes.

Get in the car now, go to Bed Bath and Beyond or Home Depot, and buy a fan! Right now! Or you won't sleep tonight and tomorrow will be doomed.

Yesss. I now have a herd of fans! AND it cooled down to 67 outside. If only it was that cool inside! All windows are open, fans in the windows. Hopefully it will cool down enough by bedtime.

I strongly considered that, but I was waiting to hear on the AC repair man. If he was coming today, I wanted to be home (so the cat wouldn't get out), but he's coming tomorrow. I have acquired fans though!

It won't help you in the least to say we're having a most unseasonably chilly April and the heat's on becaue it is 42 degrees here.

Wow, that's about the coldest we ever get in winter. I'd send you some hot air if I could!
