Days so far: 8
Showers: 1 (hopefully second today!)
Times brushed teeth: 5 (feeling better, going up)

Typical breakfast:
Half slice toast, diet jelly
Oatmeal plain
1 serving fruit

Thank god I don't feel like eating most days...
