I seriously wasn't comfortable with mine until I did it with four different equations (that explained themselves, since a lot of those places DO NOT EXPLAIN THE ACTIVITY LEVELS which is NO HELP AT ALL, like what are you considering light? What are you considering moderate I DON'T KNOW YOU HAVE TO TELL ME, WEBSITE) and they all came out within 100 kcal of each other.
