Transmute cooldowns seem to expire at midnight server time.
Crowfeathers and mini-Keen did their gem transmute at "exactly" the same time (as close to exactly as you can get when I have to log one off to log the other on). Both were just after midnight.
This morning I woke up and out of habit logged them on to do the transmutes before I do anything else on the game. (If I don't do them first, I forget about them.) Crow did his transmute, and I switched to Keen. He had a 16 hour cooldown, which made me realize that Crow's shouldn't have(?) worked.
So... what the heck. Cooldowns vary by character? Crow is 80 and mini-Keen is 78, but that seems odd.
