This cat of mine. She's still improving, I have to say that up front. Little by little. But she still has so far to go.
I'm bleeding all over the place. My left arm, my left leg, my right hand. ("So why are you posting on LJ?!" It's not that bad, she's a housecat, not a tiger (thankfully).) She came onto my desk for love, and as often happens*, she lost her balance and started to fall off the side. I tried to catch her, to keep her from falling, and OH MY GOD PERSON GRABBING ME EXPLODE EXPLODE EXPLODE MUST GET AWAY SHE'S GOING TO KILL ME and the like. Explosion of claws coming at me every which way in her effort to escape mean, horrible, scary me. Sigh.
She came back to me for more love soon after (progress), so... that's something. And of course she showed no signs of guilt or apology. Cat-brain and all.
At least I'll have war wounds to show off at work tomorrow?
* I don't think it's an issue with her eyesight or anything like that, she jumps and balances fine everywhere else, just something about my desk throws her off and she steps off the edge every time.

Edit: And in a "duh" moment, apparently I've missed a show that seems like it would be a good match for me. On my friendsfriends list I found this very hot, very NWS fanvid. Seriously NWS, NC-17. From the first minute or so I was intending to post it here, asking what fandom it could possibly come from, but it's listed at the end. Queer as Folk. I've heard the name tossed about, but I somehow oddly never looked into it.
Alas it very much does not look like I series I could catch up on anywhere other than home. :P Was it good though? Good storylines? Not just apparently hot and frequent sex scenes?
