Windows closed, blinds drawn

thistlechaserIt's going to go up to 95 degrees today (how insane is that?), so I closed all the windows to keep the cool nighttime air in, and shut the blinds to keep the sun out. I'm sitting in the dark. As soon as the last cartoons are over, I'll be turning off the TV and watching movies and such on my computer.

Date: 2003-10-25 04:50 pm (UTC)My mother is in Maine this weekend. She just bought a tiny little cottage to retire into some day (needs tons of work before then), and she was telling me there was frost on the cars last night or the night before! Made me want to run and hide under my covers.
