Green = flagged for pvp. ;) And if you see a yellow enemy while you're unflagged, well.
PvP is great fun. But only once you're securely in your mid-20s. And if you accept that the Alliance will likely outnumber you in almost all things. Also the battlegrounds are freaking awesome. ;)
