Nice video, nice (sad) evening off.

As much as I love RPing, I took the evening off tonight. The rest of the week is going to be busy (ICC tomorrow, planned RP after that), so I wanted to have a slacker night tonight. It helps that there was a Deadliest Catch marathon on.
For some unknown reason, I stopped watching Deadliest Catch a couple years back. I have no idea why, since I love everything about it and for five years never missed an ep. If you're not familiar with it, it's the show that follows the crab boats up in Alaska. It features the same boats and captains every season, so after all those years you feel like you know the guys.
That makes the season being shown tonight (2010) especially depressing, as one of the captains died. D: Hours about it: an ep where they found him after having a stroke, a few eps of him recovering in the hospital, then one about him on the road to recovery and about to be released... then he died of complications. Then the next ep about all the other captains learning about it. So depressing, so sad. These hard men, men who work one of the deadliest jobs around, crying. It broke me.
But anyway, other than being sad (and feeling like crap because someone I felt like I knew had died and it took me years to learn of it), it was a really really nice, relaxing evening. Just like the old days, spending all afternoon/evening standing in front of the AH in game while watching good TV.
